2009-2010 WEIGHT ROOM

Community residents now have an opportunity to use the new state of the art weight room located at the Onondaga Central High School. Residents are able to utilize the facility at NO COST. The weight room will be staffed by trained volunteers and will be monitored by the Onondaga Central School District Athletic Office. If you are interested in assisting and volunteering, please contact Tim Mumford at 552-5022.

Weight Room Days/Hours of Operation for Community Use

Monday through Friday          6:30-8:30 pm
Tuesday and Thursday am         please contact Mr. Mumford

The weight room will be closed when school is not in session. This includes days when extracurricular activities are cancelled.

Entrance to the weight room will be through the main lobby. 

There will be bathrooms open for use; however the locker rooms and shower facilities will be off limits.  

The use of cameras, PDA’s and cell phones are prohibited in the weight room area. If you need to use one of theses devices please use them in the main lobby. 

Only district residents who are over the age of 18 and are not enrolled in high school may attend. 

Community members who wish to utilize the weight room facilities must sign a use contract and a liability waiver.  The contract and liability form are located below to print and complete.
